Platypus Technologies wins another SBIR grant

Madison, Wis. -- Platypus Technologies of suburban Madison has received a Phase I Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) grant for $200,000 from the National Cancer Institute. The grant is to develop a new liquid-crystal based technology for rapid quantification of protein activity, useful for cancer research.
