PCR Grade Deoxynucleotides Additional power to perfect your,,,PCR experiments

Deoxynucleotides are vital components in amplification reactions, and the purity of these reagents significantly influences the results of your experiments.

Roche Applied Science developed a new manufacturing and purification process for deoxynucleotides. Combined with a new stringent quality control procedure, the highest possible purity and functionality of deoxynucleotides is guaranteed allowing you to exploit the complete potential of the amplification technology.

Improve yield and performance

  • Purified to the highest possible purity (> 99% dNTP, < 0.9% dNDP), PCR-Grade Deoxynucleotides offer a secure starting point for a successful amplification reaction (Figure 1).
  • Resulting from the new manufacturing process, PCR-Grade Deoxynucleotides are completely free of dNTPs with modified bases, tetra- and pyrophosphate contamination that often inhibit amplification reactions (Figure 1).
