Save money PCR-Grade Deoxynucleotides are supplied as sodium salts in highly purified water at pH 8.3 without the addition of additives or stabilizers. Since most amplification reactions are performed between pH 8 and pH 9, PCR-Grade Deoxynucleotides are compared to deoxynucleotides stored at pH 7 or 7,5 more resistant to chemical stress caused by pH shifts (Figure 3).
