New Health and Human Services representative for Midwest

Douglas OBrien was appointed as regional director for Region 5 of Health and Human Services on Friday. OBrien will be the representative of HHS Secretary Michael Leavitt, handling all HHS policies in Wisconsin, Illinois, Minnesota, Michigan and Ohio.

OBrien is the former chief of staff for U.S. Congressman Mark Kirk, and also served as the director of public affairs for the manufacturing ......
