Cleveland, Ohio — Midwest health care start-ups continued to show strength in the third quarter of 2005, attracting 21 percent more investment dollars than in the second quarter, compared to just a 4 percent rise nationally, according to the Midwest Health Care Venture Investment Report released by BioEnterprise.
