Application: PCR product cleanup Format: Spin columns Throughput: 124 samples DNA size range: 70 bp 4 kb* Equipment required: Microcentrifuge or vacuum manifold
* DNA fragments larger than 4 kb should be purified using the QIAquick PCR Purification Kit.
