Improve Lipid- or Calcium Phosphate-Mediated Transfection of Human Dermal,,,Fibroblasts

nearly 3-fold in CaPO4-mediated transfection, using Stratagenes Primary ENHANCER reagent. When the need arises to transfect human fibroblasts, add the Primary ENHANCER reagent to a lipid-mediated or CaPO4-mediated transfection technique, and achieve optimal results.
