No. 2 140 314 200 reactions Description Premixed, 2x concentrated High Fidelity PCR Master contains all necessary reagents (buffers, nucleotides and enzymes) needed for PCR. The mix contains a unique enzyme blend of Taq DNA Polymerase and Pwo DNA Polymerase[a thermostable enzyme with a proofreading (3'5' exonuclease) activity]. Due to the inherent 3'5' exonuclease proofreading activity of Tgo DNA Polymerase, the High Fidelity PCR Master increases the fidelity of DNA Synthesis approx. threefold compared to Taq DNA Polymerase. The High Fidelity PCR Master generates blunt-ended products and 3' single A-overhang products analogous to Taq DNA Polymerase. Note: Separate vials of PCR grade sterile water are included with the High Fidelity PCR Master Application
