Determination of Polar Organophosphorus Pesticides in Aqueous Samples by Direct Injection Using HPLC/MS/MS

ctly injected onto a LC-MS system. By direct injection of 1 ml, the LOD (S/N = 3) varied between 0.01 and 0.03 μg/l depending on the analyte and applied resolution. It may be possible to further lower the LOD by injection of even larger volumes, directly on the analytical column or by (on-line) SPE applying a pre-column packed with the same stationary phase.
