Custom siRNA Oligo Synthesis Service

QIAGEN offers a custom siRNA oligonucleotide synthesis service, which includes a range of available modifications. All custom siRNA is synthesized using patented TOM-Amidite chemistry.
Two grades of custom siRNA are available:
  • Ultrapure siRNA purified by ion-exchange HPLC, >97% pure
  • Crude siRNA 8085% pure
The QIAGEN Custom siRNA Oligo Synthesis Service ships annealed, desalted, ready-to-use siRNA (non-annealed siRNA is available on request). A detailed certificate of analysis and HPLC analysis* are included with each order. siRNAs are ready for transfection, and are provided with a sterile resuspension buffer.

* HPLC trace of the siRNA duplex is provided. If non-annealed siRNA is requested, two individual chromatograms of the single strands are provided.

Common modifications of custom siRNA All modifications are available in 0.2 M, 1 M, and 10 M scales of HPLC-purified siRNA. Setup fees may apply, please request a price quote using our order form. Additional modifications may be available; please inquire.
