Culver's in biofuel deal; net extortionists; no net tax

Culver's, a fast-food chain native to Wisconsin, is working with Madison Environmental Group on a kit to make cars run on old frying oil. Meanwhile, online extortionists are holding personal files for ransom, and a proposed Wisconsin sales tax for online entertainment has been rejected.
