Bruker acquires French X-ray software company

Madison, Wis. - The X-ray development firm Bruker AXS announced on Tuesday it will acquire SOCABIM SAS; a Paris, France firm that produces X-ray materials research and analysis software. The deal is expected to close early in the first quarter of 2006.
