Bruker AXS to acquire companies, form Microanalysis Group

Rocky Hill, New Jersey - Bruker AXS Inc. announced an agreement to acquire the Princeton Gamma-Tech X-ray microanalysis business, with annual revenues of $5-6 million, from Princeton Gamma-Tech Instruments, Inc.
