Adjusting the Positive Displacement Pipette (Model 4830): Turn the universal tool provided to set the digital indicator of the pipette to its actual volume (the measurement in point 4). The piston stroke should remain unchanged. See Fig. 6.
Remove the tool. Set the Positive Displacement Pipette to its nominal volume in the usual way (see instruction manual).
Adjusting the Titermate: Using a Phillips screwdriver (size 0), set the digital indicator of the pipette to the actual volume (the measurement in point 4). Make sure that the control button is fully pushed in. See Fig. 7.
