Industry veteran joins growing specialty online employment portal to lead

expansion

FORT WORTH, Texas, June 9 /PRNewswire/ -- onTargetjobs, the leading niche Internet job board company, announced today the appointment of Michael J. "Mike" Tansey as Chief Executive Officer.

"I am delighted to be part of the onTargetjobs team as it is poised to enter a period of accelerated growth," said Mr. Tansey. "The acquisition of RegionalHelpWanted.com earlier this year has created a unique opportunity to serve both national and local recruitment needs in the largest employment sectors in the economy."

Mr. Tansey has worked more than 20 years as an executive in the information industry. Prior to onTargetjobs, which he joined last month, Mr. Tansey was CEO of Jobson Medical Information, a diversified medical information business focused on providing comprehensive marketing solutions. Before returning to his entrepreneurial roots, he spent 14 years with ThomsonReuters-affiliated businesses in a variety of CEO and Group CEO positions.

He has an extensive track record in electronic product development and was instrumental in the creation of ThomsonReuters "Web of Science," the first comprehensive information portal for the Academic Research Community. Mr. Tansey also worked with the management team associated with ISI which was later acquired by Thomson.

onTargetjobs also announced that former CEO Allen Paschal will continue to be actively involved in the business, where he will focus on acquisitions strategy and business development activities. Mr. Paschal was the founder of DataTimes, the first company to digitize news content for online research.
