Date:7/20/2009

NEWPORT, R.I., July 20 /PRNewswire/ -- iSource Networks, a company focused on improving patient-driven self-care, announced today that it will partner with inVentiv Health, the leading provider of commercialization solutions to the healthcare industry, to develop an innovative new technology platform that will connect people with the resources and information they need to better manage their health. The platform will be designed to empower consumers to access individualized health information in an on-demand setting, while protecting their privacy.

We are thrilled to have inVentiv Health as our exclusive partner in this effort because they bring unparalleled experience in communicating with healthcare providers and consumers."

"The technology platform that iSource is developing is more than simply a new approach for connecting with and engaging consumers on health issues," said Tammy Fischer, President of GSW Worldwide - New York, the inVentiv Health company that is leading the partnership with iSource. "It is an asset that will advance the self management of healthcare and, ultimately, support better patient outcomes and lower healthcare costs. We are very excited to be supporting this innovative endeavor."

As part of the agreement, inVentiv Health will collaborate with iSource to develop content for the platform. The company also will manage client progra
