Continuous Enhancement Model and Customer Advisory Board Programs Exemplify Why Halogen Is the Customer Service Leader in Talent Management Market

OTTAWA, March 11 /PRNewswire/ - Halogen Software Inc., a leading provider of web-based employee performance and talent management software, announced today that its customers continue to provide valuable insight into real-life HR issues and challenges and play a critical role in the shaping of the Halogen Employee Performance and Talent Management Suite. In a recent Bersin & Associates study, Halogen was not only ranked as a market leader they were also awarded the highest possible rating for customer satisfaction - making it the one of just a few talent management vendors to receive this recognition.

Continuous Enhancement Model

Every month Halogen communicates with its customers across all industries and listens to their ideas and suggestions on how to make Halogen's entire talent management suite even better. In February alone, enhancements based on customer feedback were implemented in key features including status reports, performance journals and goals and development plans.
