deCODE genetics to Webcast Presentation at Thomas Weisel Partners Annual Healthcare Conference

REYKJAVIK, Iceland, Aug. 29 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- deCODE genetics (Nasdaq: DCGN) today announced that it will host a live webcast of deCODE CEO Kari Stefansson's presentation at the Thomas Weisel Partners Annual Healthcare Conference.

The presentation will be delivered at 4:25pm EDT on Wednesday, September 5 at the Four Seasons, Boston. The webcast can be accessed through the Investors page on deCODE's website, http://www.decode.com, and those interested in listening should log on a few minutes in advance in order to download any software or complete any sign-in that may be required. The webcast will be archived for at least one week.
