Z Trim Helps Extend Shelf-Life in Pizza Dough

MUNDELEIN, Ill., Aug. 27, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Z Trim Holdings, Inc. (OTC Markets: ZTHO – News), a bio- technology company providing value-added ingredients to a variety of industries, today announced that it was selling, through its Mexican and Central American distributor, F.X. Morales and Associates, ingredients to a large pizza chain to help extend the shelf-life in the company's pizza dough.  "This is an ideal application for Z Trim," said Lynda Carroll, Z Trim VP of Sales & Applications.  "By managing moisture and slowing the staling process, our customer was able to not only present consumers with a superior product, but also improve their own bottom line."
