Yves Lionel Assant is New Chairman of Gerresheimer's Supervisory Board

DUSSELDORF, Germany, September 25 /PRNewswire/ -- Yves Lionel Assant is the new Chairman of Gerresheimer's Supervisory Board, effective 24th of September, 2007.

Assant was already a member of the Supervisory Board. The current Chairman, Hans Peter Peters, has left the position for personal reasons. He remains a member of the Supervisory Board.

Gerresheimer is a pharmaceutical & life science supply and services company with market leading positions of specialty products made of glass and plastic. Gerresheimer owns 37 production sites in Europe, North America and Asia and employs approximately 10,000 employees worldwide.
