Yongye International to Report Second Quarter 2012 Financial Results on August 9, 2012

BEIJING, Aug. 2, 2012 /PRNewswire-Asia-FirstCall/ -- Yongye International, Inc. (NASDAQ: YONG) ("Yongye" or the "Company"), a leading developer, manufacturer, and distributor of crop nutrient products in the People's Republic of China ("PRC"), today announced that the Company will report its financial results for the second quarter 2012 before the U.S. market opens on August 9, 2012. Yongye's management will host a conference call to discuss its second quarter 2012 results at 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time on Thursday, August 9, 2012.
