Yongye International to Report First Quarter 2013 Financial Results on May 10, 2013

BEIJING, May 7, 2013 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Yongye International, Inc. (NASDAQ: YONG) ("Yongye" or the "Company"), a leading developer, manufacturer, and distributor of crop nutrient products in the People's Republic of China ("PRC"), today announced that the Company will report its financial results for the first quarter 2013 before the U.S. market opens on May 10, 2013. Yongye's management will host a conference call to discuss its first quarter 2013 results at 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time on Friday, May 10, 2013.
