Yongye Biotechnology International Announces Conference Call to Discuss Second Quarter 2008 Results

BEIJING, Aug. 13 /Xinhua-PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Yongye Biotechnology International, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: YGYB) ("Yongye" or the "Company"), a leading developer, producer and distributor of nutrients for plants and animals in the People's Republic of China, today announced that it will conduct a conference call at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time on Monday, August 18, 2008 to discuss results for the quarter ended June 30, 2008.
