Wyeth Reports Earnings Results for the 2007 Fourth Quarter and Full Year

ns regarding, among other things, the impact of generic pantoprazole tablets on sales of Protonix, achievement of cost reductions relating to Project Impact, the timing and impact of potential generic competition for Zosyn and Effexor XR, and continued growth in sales of certain of our principal products, including Prevnar, Enbrel and our Nutrition business.
