Wyeth Declares Common and Preferred Stock Dividends

MADISON, N.J., June 26 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- At a meeting of its Board of Directors, held today, Wyeth (NYSE: WYE) declared dividends on both the Common and Preferred Stock of the Company.

A dividend of twenty-eight cents ($.28) per share on the outstanding shares of Common Stock was declared payable on September 2, 2008 to stockholders of record at the close of business on August 13, 2008.

In addition, a dividend of fifty cents ($.50) per share on the outstanding shares of Preferred Stock was declared payable on October 1, 2008 to stockholders of record at the close of business on September 12, 2008.
