Wyeth Declares Common Stock Dividend

MADISON, N.J., June 11 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- At a meeting of its Board of Directors, held today, Wyeth (NYSE: WYE) declared a dividend on the Common Stock of the Company.

A dividend of thirty cents ($.30) per share on the outstanding shares of Common Stock was declared payable on September 1, 2009 to stockholders of record at the close of business on August 13, 2009.
