OAKLAND, Calif., Nov. 14 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- World Heart Corporation (Nasdaq: WHRT, TSX: WHT), a developer of mechanical circulatory support systems, will report its third quarter 2007 financial results and host a presentation of the results and a business update in a teleconference at 8:30 a.m. Pacific / 11:30 a.m. Eastern time on November 15, 2007.

Interested parties may join the teleconference by dialing 866-770-7125 (for North America callers) or 617-213-8066 (for callers outside of North America) and indicating pass code 84868988 at least 10 minutes prior to the start time.
