With the MedReps.com iPhone App, the Medical Sales Job Search Goes Mobile
Date:2/10/2010

The first iPhone app for medical and pharmaceutical sales job seekers empowers users to search the most sought after jobs in the industry anytime, anywhere.

(PRWEB) -- MedReps.com gives members access to the most sought after medical sales jobs and pharmaceutical sales jobs on the web. But in a competitive market like medical sales, job seekers need every advantage they can get - including the ability to search for jobs anytime and anywhere. The MedReps.com iPhone app does precisely that - freeing job seekers from their computers and allowing them to search and apply to medical and pharmaceutical sales jobs no matter where they are.

"With the MedReps.com iPhone app, users can search for jobs even if they aren't near a computer." says Karyn Mullins, VP and General Manager of MedReps.com's parent company, Healthcare Job Boards. "Whether a user is in a doctor's waiting room or just waiting for coffee, now they can use that time to do something proactive in their job search."

The free iPhone app offers users a flexible way to search the industry's leading job site. Users can search for jobs using keywords, location, compensation, category and market. Search results present the most recent job postings first. The app allows job seekers to save jobs to a "favorites" folder to easily reference later. Additionally, MedReps.com members can email the job directly to a friend or to themselves. If the job posting has a contact email address, members can express their interest immediately using the "Apply via email" feature.
