Depicts vibrant lifestyle of senior living community

LISLE, Ill., June 12 /PRNewswire/ -- Villa St. Benedict, a leading faith-based continuing care retirement community located in Chicago's western suburbs, announces the launch of its newly redesigned web site (http://www.VillaStBen.org). The new site depicts the vibrant lifestyle enjoyed by residents, and provides in-depth information and support for residents, prospective seniors, family members, and referring healthcare professionals.

"Villa St. Benedict is built on a set of four core values that help enrich the everyday lives of our guests," says Glenn Trembley, CEO and administrator of Villa St. Benedict. "The new web site is designed to support our mission surrounding those values of hospitality, respect, stewardship and justice."

Kathy DiCristina (R.N.), associate administrator, added, "These values form the foundation of our approach, which integrates the social, psychological, physical and spiritual aspects of well-being. It's not just active senior living, it's what we call 'positive aging.' Our new web site clearly depicts this exciting lifestyle and the stories it creates."

Co-sponsored by the Benedictine Healthcare System and the Benedictine Sisters of the Sacred Heart, Villa St. Benedict is a retirement community that is open to all faiths. Beautiful villa townhouses and spacious apartment homes support independent living on a grand scale, while the Benedale Center provides comfortable, private, assisted living and memory care facilities.

The new web site was developed with seniors in mind and sports technological features designed to enhance ease of use. In addition, the site contains:
-- In-depth detail about services, capabilities, and amenities for both

independent living and assisted living residents;

-- Expanded information for audiences such as adult children of aging

parents and referring healthcare professionals; and

-- Streamlined navigation and enhanced accessibility for the visually

challenged.

In the coming months, Villa St. Benedict looks to expand its reach and provide greater service for those in need of assisted living facilities, as well as those ready to join an active senior community. "The world sees a new generation of seniors today," Trembley notes. "Our new web site speaks to how they can, whenever they are ready, find a home at Villa St. Benedict."

Villa St. Benedict, 1920 Maple Avenue, Lisle, IL 60532. For more information about Villa St. Benedict and the Benedale Center, please contact Glenn Trembley, CEO/Administrator, at 630-725-7010.
