Veridiam Appoints Andrew Gale as Chief Executive Officer

SAN DIEGO, March 11 /PRNewswire/ -- VERIDIAM (www.veridiam.com), a major integrated contract manufacturer of build-to-print metal tubing, components, and assemblies, custom engineered to meet the needs of power generation, dental, medical, aerospace, industrial and other highly-critical applications, today announced the appointment of Andrew (Andy) Gale as Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Gale will head up operations of all Veridiam business units, including Veridiam Medical, Veridiam Advanced EDM, Veridiam Allied Swiss, and Point Technologies. His mission will be to accelerate overall development, to fully integrate the operations of all units, and to continue the implementation of Veridiam's growth strategy. Mr. Gale will assume his duties immediately.

Former C.E.O., Neal Nordstrom, will remain with the company and serve in an executive capacity.
