Date:9/7/2008

VERNON HILLS, Ill., and DUBLIN, Ireland, Sept. 8 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Concuity, a healthcare division of Trintech (Nasdaq: TTPA) and a leading provider of contract management and revenue recovery technology ("Peer Reviewed by HFMA") and services, today announced that Valley Baptist Health System has selected the ClearContracts(TM) Payer Compliance suite to more accurately calculate payments from managed care and government payers; more easily negotiate contract terms and analyze and track the results of managed care agreements; better hold payers accountable to the terms of agreements; and appeal and collect underpaid and denied claims.

Valley Baptist Health System is one of the largest not-for-profit health systems in South Texas with more than 800 beds. The healthcare system delivers premium and award-winning healthcare services through its two hospitals, Valley Baptist Medical Center-Harlingen and Valley Baptist Medical Center-Brownsville.

"With ClearContracts, we'll be able to equip staff hospital-wide with specific tasks that will help speed turnaround time, reduce billing errors, and increase productivity," said Sherry Griffin, Vice President Managed Care for Valley Baptist. "Through organized workflow we'll achieve maximum performance and have the ability to provide complete documentation of work to enhance revenue integrity."

"ClearContracts is a proven system that optimizes the revenue management cycle," said Ed Gallo, EVP for Concuity. "We're delighted to have Valley Baptist select ClearContracts for its unmatched capabilities to efficiently manage the complexity of claims, contracts, and revenue collection."
