ValGenesis Suite 2.5 Certified by SAP as Powered by SAP NetWeaver®
Date:2/17/2012

FREMONT, Calif., Feb. 17, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- ValGenesis, Inc., a world-class provider of Validation Lifecycle Management Systems (VLMS), announced today that its innovative ValGenesis Suite 2.5 has achieved SAP certification as powered by the SAP NetWeaver® technology platform. Attaining this certified integration status deepens ValGenesis' active and on-going commitment to SAP® solutions.

The SAP Integration and Certification Center (SAP ICC) has certified that ValGenesis Suite 2.5 integrates with the SAP NetWeaver Process Integration (SAP NetWeaver PI) component of the SAP NetWeaver platform to exchange critical data with instances of SAP Business Suite software. This was certified via the NW-XI-CNT 3.0 interface scenario.

Regulated manufacturing companies are compelled to plan, implement and document validation activities for instruments, equipment, computer systems, processes and the methods used for product manufacturing, as a way of meeting regulatory requirements. Predominantly, these processes are managed manually in a paper-based process. The ValGenesis Suite manages all these processes 100 percent electronically, in addition to enhancing compliance, improving consistency, significantly reducing validation cycle time and removing any inefficiencies that plague paper-based validation processes.

Regulated manufacturing companies also use SAP solutions for manufacturing processes, plant maintenance and asset management, and as such must have real-time validation status of assets, including instruments, equipment, and computer systems, both during manufacturing and maintenance stages. Currently, these systems are validated and managed largely through a manual, paper-based process, leading to tremendous amounts of information in different formats and storage silos. The ValGenesis ERP Connector 2.5 integrated with SAP solutions enables customers to manage their manufacturing process with real-time validation status.
