VWR International, LLC Acquires BioExpress Corp.

RADNOR, Pa., June 1, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- VWR International, LLC, a global leader in distributing laboratory supplies and services, announced today that it acquired the business of BioExpress Corp.

Founded in 1985, BioExpress is a well-respected distributor in the education, biotechnology and government market segments, and offers over 200 well-known, multi-national brands, including its private label brand, GeneMate.
