United BioSource Acquires Leading Publication Planning Software and Services Company

BETHESDA, Md., April 15 /PRNewswire/ -- United BioSource Corporation (UBC) today announced the acquisition of Envision Pharma, a leading scientific communications and technology company based in Horsham, UK, with offices in Southport and Glastonbury, Conn. and Philadelphia, Pa. With a focus on the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry, Envision integrates scientific communication services and targeted software applications that contribute to marketplace awareness and comprehension of compounds at launch and beyond.

UBC provides evidence-based solutions to support the development and commercialization of pharmaceuticals, biotechnology and medical devices. The acquisition of Envision Pharma expands the company's global presence and capability in the development and delivery of scientific communication.
