Trisha Dowling Joins Biomatrica as Vice President, Sales and Marketing

SAN DIEGO, May 6 /PRNewswire/ -- Biomatrica, the leader in room temperature biological sample stabilization, announced today that Trisha Dowling has joined the company as Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Biomatrica's interim Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Jim Johnson will remain an integral part of the company and will continue to serve as an advisor on the Business Advisory Board.

Ms. Dowling brings fourteen years of sales and marketing experience in the biotech industry. Prior to joining Biomatrica, Ms. Dowling served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for two years at Continental Lab Products, a division of Pelican Life Sciences where she was responsible for direct sales, global marketing, product commercialization and business development. Preceding her experience at Continental Lab Products, Ms. Dowling worked at Upstate|Chemicon, Invitrogen Corporation, Life Technologies, Inc. and Amersham Life Sciences.
