Total Site Solutions Selected to Provide Construction Management Services for Existing Pharmaceutical and Biotech Customer for Data Center Expansion Project

COLUMBIA, Md., Sept. 13 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Total Site Solutions (TSS), a Fortress International Group Company (Nasdaq: FIGI), who provides comprehensive services for the planning, design and development of mission-critical facilities today announced that a customer in the pharmaceutical and biotech industry has awarded them the construction management phase of their Data Center Expansion Project.

TSS originally performed technology consulting services to analyze short term and long term objectives for this customer's Global Command Center (GCC). After evaluating the results of the study, the project progressed to the design and engineering phase for the upgrade of the facility to a tier three level mission-critical facility. Most recently, TSS was hired to perform the construction and build-out of the critical infrastructure, which will allow significant expansion to the existing IT equipment area. Total fees and project revenues are currently budgeted in excess of $2 million.

Gerard Gallagher CEO of TSS stated that, "This is another example of our ability to service our customers through the project cycle from Technology Consulting to Construction Management. This reinforces our go to market strategy and the quality of our expertise to deliver strategic solutions for our customers that progress from ideas to reality."

Total Site Solutions (TSS) plans, designs, builds and maintains specialized facilities such as data centers, trading floors, call centers, network operation centers, communication facilities, laboratories and secure facilities. For more than a quarter-century, the TSS team has pioneered building robust and scalable infrastructure into mission-critical facilities. The firm offers unsurpassed expertise in the infrastructure systems (electrical, mechanical, telecommunications, security, fire protection and building automation) that are the critical facility's lifeblood. TSS's comprehensive portfolio of services and multi-disciplinary expertise provide customers a highly respected single source for critical services that bridge the gap between IT and facilities.

Headquartered in the Baltimore-Washington corridor, TSS provides complete turnkey facility services from the initial planning stages, to construction, to ongoing maintenance of the completed project.
