The staffing industry in Florida turns to the FSA as a primary resource for the education and information that helps staffing professionals create a strong workforce in the state. The FSA was established more than 41 years ago under the title FATS. Early on, the association recognized the importance it could play in Florida’s economy by supporting the people that were active in the hiring process. Members of the FSA work in and serve virtually every industry in the state from healthcare, to hospitality, to construction.

The FSA is an affiliate of the American Staffing Association (ASA). As an affiliate, the FSA promotes responsible, ethical practices within the staffing industry. The two associations work in tandem to ensure the highest standards are used and that members have the support they need to meet them. By working with the ASA the Florida Staffing Association is helping to build a stronger foundation for the staffing industry in Florida and across the country.
