WASHINGTON, Oct. 21 /PRNewswire/ -- Todd Park, Chief Technology Officer of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) will join Dr. Francis S. The event will take place November 8-10 at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in Washington, D.C., and will bring together the research, technology, policy, and business communities.
