Slovensky joins MLA from EarthLink, Inc. where he was vice president and assistant general counsel. His responsibilities included managing all of EarthLink's litigation matters, including consumer class actions, patent infringement litigation and general commercial litigation, as well as other corporate compliance and risk mitigation issues. Slovensky spent almost nine years with MLA before transitioning to EarthLink.
