ATLANTA, April 22 /PRNewswire/ -- Three attorneys who previously worked at McKenna Long & Aldridge LLP (MLA) have rejoined the firm's Atlanta office. The attorneys include Mark S. Lange, partner, and Emily C. Crosby, associate, in the Corporate department and Larry A. Slovensky, a partner in the Litigation department.

Lange returns to MLA from Paul Hastings. At MLA, he will focus on transactional matters in the health care industry. He counsels clients on domestic and international corporate mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, joint ventures, alliances, limited liability companies, and other pass-through and venture capital entity transactions. He represents a wide range of health care providers and companies, including nursing homes and hospice providers, hospitals and health systems, physicians and physician organizations, and suppliers and manufacturers. Crosby was also with Paul Hastings before returning to MLA. She will focus on general corporate counseling, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions in the health care industry.
