Thermo Fisher Scientific to Webcast Press Conference at PITTCON 2008

WALTHAM, Mass., Feb. 25 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. (NYSE: TMO), the world leader in serving science, will Webcast its PITTCON 2008 press conference on Monday, March 3, 2008, at 12:30 p.m. Eastern time. PITTCON, the world's largest laboratory science exhibition, will be held this year in New Orleans.

Marc N. Casper, executive vice president of Thermo Fisher Scientific, will provide an overview of the company, and Dr. Ian Jardine, the company's vice president of global research and development, will highlight new innovations being launched at the show.
