Healthcare administrators and educators spend a great deal of time and effort educating and training staff. SimPL is for those organizations that want a system that is easy to use, has a short implementation timeline, provides current compliance and regulatory courseware, and is cost-effective.

"Healthcare organizations are facing huge budgetary challenges and need to implement more comprehensive educational programs to maintain compliance with increasing regulations. SimPL provides organizations with the ability to do that for $5 per user," says Ben Diamond, President of Health Care Compliance Strategies, Inc.

SimPL offers administrators and learners an easy-to-use, intuitive interface, and can support internally developed or vendor provided online training.

In addition, administrators can deliver training with SCORM or AICC content from HCCS or other course providers, or create content in PowerPoint, Word, Acrobat and more.  Tests can be created and associated with content in the SimPL system. HCCS can also provide healthcare specific courses from the HCCS course catalog to meet the needs of hospitals, long-term care and other healthcare facilities.

"With its straightforward design and comprehensive reporting, healthcare organizations that need to demonstrate compliance will find SimPL a valuable resource. With the latest update, SimPL now includes classroom management functions," says Mr. Diamond.
