Tovatech announces German-engineered Elmasonic S Ultrasonic Cleaners with the versatility needed in the laboratory: to clean parts, degas solvent, and prepare samples, easily and reproducibly.

South Orange, NJ (PRWEB) November 4, 2008 -- Tovatech LLC announces the Elma Ultrasonic Cleaning Equipment for cleaning the wide variety of materials (glass, rubber, plastic, metal, etc.) found in laboratory vessels and equipment. The Elmasonic S is a multipurpose ultrasonic cleaner that can clean parts, degas solvent and reproducibly prepare samples.

Dust, dirt, oil, grease, pigments, and fingerprints, among other contaminants can be effectively cleaned from routine and critical laboratory equipment such as lenses, lab utensils, glass vessels, and equipment parts. All Elmasonic S Ultrasonic Cleaners from the smallest to the very highest capacity models use a proprietary 37 kHz high performance ultrasonic transducer for reliable and powerful operation. Bright green LEDs continuously display set temperature, actual temperature, set sonication time, and time remaining.

Pharmaceutical labs, in particular, can employ large Elmasonic S baths to clean stainless steel, Delrin®, and Teflon® plastic parts from tablet and capsule manufacturing equipment between batches. In addition to cleaning validation, The Elmasonic S units are used by drug companies for solvent degassing and sample preparation.

The new Elmasonic S Ultrasonic Cleaning line offers 13 different capacities from smallest units 0.2 gal (0.8 L) through the largest industrial size 24 gal (90 L) tank. All
