The Advisory Board Company Schedules Fourth Quarter Conference Call for May 5, 2009

WASHINGTON, April 24 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The Advisory Board Company (Nasdaq: ABCO) announced today that it will hold a conference call hosted by Robert W. Musslewhite, Chief Executive Officer and Director, and Michael T. Kirshbaum, Chief Financial Officer, to discuss the Company's financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2009. The call will be held on Tuesday, May 5, 2009, at 6:00 p.m. Eastern Time. The Company plans to release its fourth quarter financial results after the market closes on Tuesday, May 5, 2009.

The conference call will be available via live web cast on the Company's web site at www.advisoryboardcompany.com in the section titled "The Firm," found under the tab "Investor Relations." To participate by telephone, the dial-in number is 866.713.8307 and the access code is 44493092. Call participants are advised to dial in at least five minutes prior to the call to register. The web cast will be archived for seven days: from 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, May 5, 2009, until 8:00 p.m., Eastern Time, Tuesday, May 12, 2009.
