Telik Announces Revised Date for Year-End Financial Release, Conference Call and Webcast

PALO ALTO, Calif., Feb. 19 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Telik, Inc. (Nasdaq: TELK) announced that its year-end conference call and webcast will be held on Wednesday, February 27, 2008 at 4:30 p.m. Eastern time (1:30 p.m. Pacific time) following the release earlier that day of the company's financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2007.

The conference call will be accessible via Telik's website at http://www.telik.com or by telephone at 800-398-9398 or 612-332-0530. An archive of the conference call will be available on the Telik website or by telephone at 800-475-6701 or 320-365-3844, access code 910785. The archive will be available from approximately 6:30 p.m. Eastern time on February 27 through March 12, 2008.
