Date:10/23/2008

MINNEAPOLIS, Oct. 23 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Techne Corporation (Nasdaq: TECH) announced today that its Board of Directors has decided to pay a dividend of $0.25 per share for the quarter ended September 30, 2008.
