Dr. Berthoux erläutert den Erfolg des Synexus-Modells: "Unser Modell wurde sehr gut angenommen, denn unsere Kunden in der Pharmazie und die CROs müssen die drängende Forderung nach rascherer und preiswerterer Markteinführung von Arzneimitteln unbedingt erfüllen."

Synexus hat bewiesen, dass klinische Studien mit seinen eigenen Zentren beschleunigt werden, weniger Kosten verursachen und Tausende von Patienten zur Verfügung gestellt werden können. Das Unternehmen hat die Art der Durchführung von Spätphasen klinischer Studien revolutioniert.  Früher rekrutierten einzelne Ärzte maximal vier Patienten aus opportunistischen Beweggründen. Da an klinischen Studien Tausende Patienten beteiligt sind, war dies extrem teuer und absolut unpraktisch.
