Stryker To Host Conference Call On July 17, 2008

KALAMAZOO, Mich., June 20 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Stryker Corporation (NYSE: SYK) announced that it will host a conference call on Thursday, July 17, 2008 at 4:30 p.m., Eastern Time, to discuss the Company's operating results for the quarter ended June 30, 2008 and provide an operational update. Operating results for the quarter ended June 30, 2008 will be released at 4:00 p.m. that day.

Stephen P. MacMillan, President and Chief Executive Officer, Dean H. Bergy, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, and Katherine A. Owen, Vice President, Strategy and Investor Relations, will host the call.

To participate in the conference call dial 866-700-0161 (domestic) or 617-213-8832 (international) and enter the participant passcode 83648540. A simultaneous webcast of the call will be accessible via the Company's website at http://www.stryker.com . The call will be archived on this site for 90 days.
