Street Named After EMCO High Voltage Corporation
Date:4/27/2013

Sutter Creek, CA (PRWEB) April 27, 2013

The City of Sutter Creek recently approved a plan to name a local street after EMCO High Voltage Corporation, a leading high voltage power supply designer and manufacturer. The street name change is in keeping with Sutter Creek’s history of associating street names with local businesses.

The street name change coincides with the rerouting of Forest Products Road. “With the street being rerouted, this was a good time to make a change,” said Kim Bailey, Sales and Marketing Director at EMCO.

“We are very pleased that the city has decided to honor EMCO’s request to change the name of our street to EMCO Court. EMCO High Voltage has been doing business and employing local residents in Amador County for decades. During this time Sutter Creek has increasingly become known in the electronic original equipment manufacturer (OEM) marketplace throughout the world as a premier source of high voltage power supplies,” said Mike Doherty, CEO and President of EMCO High Voltage Corporation.

EMCO’s new address is 1 EMCO Court, Sutter Creek, CA, 95685.
