SpectraScience Strengthens Leadership Team With Four Key Hires

SAN DIEGO, Feb. 19 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- SpectraScience, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: SCIE), a San Diego based medical device company, today announced that it has hired several individuals to drive its operational growth as it moves from an R&D focus towards a revenue generating business model in 2008:

-- Todd Pinkowski - Director of Operations of WavSTAT(TM)

-- Michael Brady - Director of Engineering

-- Charles Negus - Director of Operations of LUMA(TM)

-- Glen Freiburg - Vice President of Regulatory Affairs to oversee the

Company's regulatory progress in bringing new products to market
